or zoning amendment, development or variance permit to enable you to proceed with your plans, we can prepare the application,
meet with city staff, and present and sell it to committee or Council on your behalf. We have extensive experience with projects of
all size and type, including residential, commercial, and industrial. We can take on the role of project or construction manager and tender and oversee the work on your behalf, or as general contractor through our AFX Construction division. Of particular pride to us
is that the majority of our projects are for existing clients, doing similar work or branching out to very different or more complex assignments, or for those that they refer to us.
