Project Management
We offer Project Management in land development, construction and deconstruction, from very large comprehensive long range initiatives down to small construction or renovation jobs. With experience doing projects in local government, for the private sector and First Nations, we understand fully what it takes to stick handle through conceptual and detailed design, multiagency approval processes and on to construction. We can take on one or more aspects, or oversee the entire process on your behalf.
Land Use Planning
We have experience participating in Official Community Plan reviews for both the public and private sector, preparing and presenting Official Community Plan and zoning amendment applications, and development and variance permits. With extensive expertise in public consultation we represent and assist land owners and developers in obtaining community support for their projects.
Land Development
With an extensive background in engineering, land use and development, construction, and municipal services, we have a comprehensive understanding of what is realistically achievable, and what it will take to get the project to completion in a timely manner. From two lot to large multi-phased subdivisions, for commercial and industrial development, we can assist owners and developers in achieving their goals.
Building Construction
With a background in civil and structural technology, experience in residential, industrial and commercial construction, we undertake projects of all sizes, from small residential renovations and tenant improvements, up to large industrial and commercial buildings.
Building Deconstruction and Site Remediation
Our track record of successfully planning and undertaking the deconstruction and site remediation of houses, public buildings, and many of Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coasts largest logging camps is a testament to our abilities. Tasks included equipment removal, decommissioning of utilities, de-construction of buildings, site grading and reinstatement. Of particular importance and pride was our ability to minimize the amount of waste, which was achieved through the re-use and recycling of all building materials.
